Grievance Form

Grievance Form

A Public Employee Union of Ohio

What Is A Grievance?

Here is what you will need to do:

A grievance is defined by each bargaining unit contract represented by the Professionals Guild of Ohio. However, a grievance is generally a violation of the bargaining unit contract, a violation of past practice, a violation of company policy and procedure, or a violation of the law. It is with this violation or interpretation of the contract that a grievance may be filed under the terms of the bargaining unit agreement. The form should be completed or emailed to your Professionals Guild of Ohio representative prior to filing with your agency in order to ensure accuracy. Follow the terms of your Collective Bargaining Agreement for filing, processing, and timeline specifications.
